About Our Services

Details of our services below

TELEPHONE LINES

Please be aware that you DO NOT need to call the surgery at 8am to access an appointment during the week, please wait until later in the morning to call or use online booking. Unfortunalty we do not have capacity to answer 50 patient calls at 8am so please call later in the day after 9am.

Integrated Social Prescribers

Our social prescribers link people to activities, groups and services in our area to support social and emotional health wellbeing.  Social prescribers give people time, focussing on what matters to you.

The Suffolk Disability and Health Action Group in partnership with the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust has produced 'ABOUT ME'. This is to help anyone with a disability and/or health condition provide healthcare professionals with information about themselves in an easy to understand way that reduces the need to keep repeating.

You can use this for hospital and GP appointments, with carers, dentists, opticians etc as well as when you go away on holiday.
