Our website provides information about the surgery including opening times, doctors, clinics and downloadable documents.

Your Record, Your Care, Your Decision

In order that they can treat you safely and well,  it is important that health professionals can access your health record.  This can only happen if you agree to share your details.

Please ask at Reception for more details

Our website also offers advice on common illnesses, however we advise you to consult your Doctor if you notice any persistent symptoms.

GP+ Appointments

Suffolk GP+ is for people who urgently need a doctor’s appointment or are unable to see their GP during normal GP hours.

Appointments can be made via Reception during our usual opening hours. Please note that patients cannot refer themselves to this service.

The service is staffed by local Suffolk GPs and Nurse Practitioners in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Leiston and Wickham Market and is an NHS service delivered by the Suffolk GP Federation.

You will be given a booked appointment and will be seen by a suitable local GP or nurse who will have access to your medical records (once consent is given).

Flu Clinics

The way we run our flu clinics is different this year due to changes in vaccinations.  We will have one vaccine for eligible patients under 65 year of age eg those with certain long term conditions and a differnt vaccine for thos aged over 65, this is called Fluad.  There is only one supplier for the Fluad vaccination, therefore we have a scrict timetable for the Walk In (no appointment necessary) vacinations as follows

29th September 2018 - over 65s only

6th October 2018 and 3rd November - under 65s only

On Friday 5th October the Surgery will have no electricity between 12:00 and 14:00.  This means we will not be able to book appointments, hold consultations or do anything using our computer system.  This is due to necessary computer upgrades.  We apologise for any inconvenience.
