Excellent Doctor

Had an appointment with the doctor on saturday at 10.40 and was so impressed with the treatment he did and the advice he gave me. He listened to everything i had to say and really put my mind at rest. He is an excellent example of how all doctors should be , and student doctors would benifit from sitting in with him on how to treat patients. He reminds me of the doctors we would see when we were young and when the doctors all knew there patients. Even though ive only seen him 3 times in a couple of years i would prefer to wait for him each time.

Nurse practitioner support

I visited the surgery recently to see a Nurse practitioner following an operation at Ipswich Hospital. I needed support with dressings, and had several things to discuss. The surgery arranged extra time for me and I did not feel rushed. I received excellent care and support .I have been a patient here for nearly twenty years and have received really good care .

Please great staff exellent service

I developed a water infection whilst at work. Got progressively worse as the day went on. Phoned surgery to try and get appointment. No appointments bit was offered call back from doctor. I got a call at 5pm and after explaining symptoms wad asked to go to surgery yo so e water sample. I did this went home and got phone call to say o had an infection and a prescription would be at reccaption in next 10 minutes. I was so impressed as I felt quite ill by now . This was brilliant care as I started yo feel better the following day.I always fing this is the most helpful practice in Ipswich .Friendly receptionist and doctors . Thankyou
