Looking to move more and feel better? Our weekly Health Walk is a free, friendly walking group open to any patients living with long-term conditions such as diabetes, COPD, or heart disease. Involving a picturesque walk around Chantry Park.
On break until September for the Summer Holidays
These relaxed walks are designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing—no pressure, no pace too slow. Just a chance to stretch your legs, get some fresh air, and connect with others in the community.
An Associate Nutritionist will also be joining each week, so if you have any questions about healthy eating or weight management feel free to ask on the go.
No need to book- just turn up in comfortable shoes.
