Enhanced Access Appointments are now available
Orwell PCN and Suffolk Federation provides our Enhanced Access appointments and is for people who urgently need an appointment or are unable to see a clinician during normal surgery opening hours, 08:00 to 18:30. These appointments can only be booked by Hawthorn Drive Surgery and are pre bookable only, please note patients cannot book themselves into this service.
Subject to availability we offer extended hours appointments at these times:
07:00 - 08:00 Monday to Friday
18:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
08:00 - 17:00 Saturday
Please be aware that these appointments may take place at any of the following locations or by telephone;

Burlington Road Medical Practice
Landseer Road- service provided by GP+
This service may be stafffed by either Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners or a GP.
