Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered using the tear-off computer printout from your last prescription - please allow two full working days for processing.

We ask that you leave sufficient time for your repeat prescription to be issued before your current supply of medication runs out. Please also remember to plan ahead when you are going away on holiday or for over a Bank Holiday.

Please remember to tick all the items which you require on the slip attached to your last prescription.

Please note that prescription requests are NOT taken over the telephone.

It is now possible to order your repeat prescriptions online. You will need to register to use this facility. For further details please refer to Appointments & Consultations.

Please remember that your prescription is your responsibility and when you are given a prescription by one of our clinicians, please take care of it. Clinicians will not be able to reissue lost prescriptions.
