Message in a Bottle

This is a voluntary scheme for anyone living at home, which helps to ensure that important information about you is available to the Emergency Services to help them deliver safer, quicker care to you which may even save your life.

How to use the scheme

To use this scheme there is no need to register, simply collect or ask a friend, relative or carer to collect a bottle from Reception. You will need to fill in your details on the form inside the bottle and place inside your fridge door.

The pack contains two stickers, one to put on the outside of your fridge door and the other to put on the inside of your front door, as near as possible to the handle or lock.

'Message In A Bottle' has been kindly donated by the local Lions Club for the benefit of the local community.
