Appointments & Consultations

Appointments with a Doctor or Nurse can be made by telephone or at reception. Appointment times can vary but we aim to book you with a GP within 48hrs or with a healthcare professional within 24hrs, although this may not always be possible.

ALWAYS cancel your appointment if you no longer need it - thank you. We politely request that children are not present in consulting rooms unless the problem is regarding him/her.

Telephone consultations are now also available daily with the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, should you feel that this is appropriate, or if you are unsure of what service you need.

Clinical appointments normally last for 10 minutes. Please ask when booking if you think your appointment will require more than a 10 minute slot. Please remember a 10 minute appointment is for 1 medical problem only, thank you.

Blood tests

Please note that Reception will now ONLY book you in for a blood test if it has been requested by a Clinician. When having your blood test, please ensure that you are wearing suitable clothing, i.e short sleeved shirts or tops which will roll up with ease.
